today we headed to temple texas to look for two different letterboxes. the first was the whistle stop letterbox at the train station. it's a great place for kids to explore trains in the yard and there's a fabulous playground. there's also a train museum and gift shop and model railroad club's headquarters (though we didn't visit either of those). the whistle stop's an easy "drive up", but a nice stamp in a great place.
